What we collect
Account data: your email, name, organization, and a salted hash of your password. Infrastructure data: the topology snapshots your agents send — workload names, dependency relationships, replica and probe configuration, and resource metrics. Deliberately not collected: secrets, ConfigMap contents, and environment variable values (redacted in your cluster before transmission).
How we use it
To run the analyses you see in your dashboard, to meter usage on paid plans, and to send you the notifications you configure. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or train models on your infrastructure topology.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Microsoft Azure. Agent traffic and dashboard sessions are encrypted in transit (TLS). API keys are stored only as hashes. An append-only audit log records administrative actions in your organization.
Retention and deletion
Raw snapshots are retained per your plan's retention window; derived time series persist for trend analysis. Deleting a cluster stops collection immediately. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@iversoncloud.com — deletion completes within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
The dashboard uses a session token stored in your browser. The marketing site sets no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
