Terms of Service
Effective August 2026 · beta terms
1. The service
Iverson Cloud Solutions provides dependency-analysis software for cloud infrastructure: a read-only agent you install in your Kubernetes clusters and a hosted platform that analyzes the topology the agent reports. During the beta, the service is provided free of charge and without availability guarantees.
2. Your data
The agent collects infrastructure topology: workload names, relationships, replica counts, probe configurations, and resource metrics. It is not granted access to secrets or configuration file contents, and environment variable values are redacted inside your cluster before anything is transmitted. You retain ownership of all data you send us; we use it solely to provide the service to you.
3. Acceptable use
Install the agent only on clusters you are authorized to monitor. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or resell access without an agreement.
4. Recommendations are advisory
Iverson's findings, scores, and prescriptions are decision support, validated against controlled experiments — but every infrastructure change you make remains your decision and responsibility. Remediation is delivered as pull requests precisely so a human reviews every change.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iverson Cloud Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to the email on your account with reasonable notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
